What is Estimated Time of Arrival and How Does it Work?
ETA is a service that helps connect you quickly with helpful resources, such as individual or family counselling, local supports, healthcare, housing, social support and more. It is also a place where people can have conversations about complex and controversial topics without judgement or reprisal.
ETA is a free and confidential service for people in Ontario who are concerned that someone close to them might become violent, or is engaging with a violent group. Other than in very specific situations, everything we discuss stays with us. We are here to listen and offer support.
We believe that everyone should have access to mental health care and support. Our services are free and offered without judgment, regardless of your background, circumstances, or beliefs.
